I asked Sam to quote for a new boiler and complete replacement of gas pipes. I was impressed from start to finish.
Sam arrived at exactly the time agreed, every time he visited.
His knowledge and expertise was clear from the off.
He worked without stopping from early until late for two days to get the job done and let me know what he was doing throughout. He was courteous, friendly and tidy and even brought his own vacuum cleaner!
At the end, Sam talked me through the controls and made sure I would be able to use the boiler properly. As soon as the work was finished I was emailed all of the necessary documentation.
The final invoice was exactly as expected.
I will now use ST Heating whenever I need a gas engineer or plumber.
I was delighted with the work and the experience as a whole.
